Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rise Studio, we understand that plans can change. To help us provide the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you read our cancellation policy before booking.

Class Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 2 hours before your scheduled class are eligible for a class credit.

• Cancellations made within 2 hours of the class start time are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, as your space has been reserved and is unlikely to be filled at short notice.

No Shows:

If you do not attend your booked class without cancelling, your booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund or class credit will be issued.

If We Need to Cancel:

In the unlikely event that Rise Studio needs to cancel a class, you will be offered the choice of:

• A class credit to use on a future booking, or

• A full refund
